The ExactEmail.com web site allows visitors to browse the site and extract email and web addresses without registering. However, we require registration to become members of the site and utilize the full services of our features. Our site's registration form requests members to give us an e-mail address, password, first/last name, mailing address, and credit card information. The mailing address and credit card information are only requested if the user is signing up for a paid membership level (premium or business).

Never is your email, name, address, and credit card information made available to third parties or other users of this site. The only information that is available to others is the email and web addresses that you assign to your phone number(s) or alias(es). Passwords can be created to protect these phone numbers or aliases so only people that you select can view this information. In addition, you can assign your email and web addresses to phone extensions so that only people that know your phone number AND extension will be able to view your information.
We may use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, administer our Web site, and learn about the demographics of our user base. We do use cookies to save your session information when you are using the website. If you choose to set your browser to reject cookies, then you will not be able to utilize our site.
Security
This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. We have instituted the following preventive measures:
- The ExactEmail.com website is hosted at a secure facility in downtown San Francisco. At any time, only 2 employees have access to the secure data on our servers. They are given an access password, which is changed periodically, and also upon termination of their employment.
- We review our web site security regularly, assessing whether this security has been breached and taking action which prevents this.
- We utilize SSL encryption from Digicert Corp. (http://www.digicert.com) for all personal information including address and credit card numbers. This protects all private information that is sent from your browser to our servers.
- All passwords and credit card information are encrypted in our database.
Choice/Opt-Out
Our site provides users the opportunity to terminate your membership and/or opt-out of receiving communications from us. You can do this in one of the following ways:
